We are migrating from Agent Workspace to CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace. In Agent Workspace only certain forms were configured for the workspace, and if a user opened the wrong type of record they would often see the info message:
This form has not been configured for Workspace. To edit the form, select a different type of record, or contact your administrator.
The form would be read-only.
In CSM/FSM Configurable workspace this behavior is not the same. Seems like all forms are opened in their default views and are editable. We would like to replicate the same behavior as Agent Workspace: Only our pre-approved forms should be editable. All other forms should show the message above, and be read-only. Any ideas on where this is configured?
