Restrict Contact to see other account RITMs in the portal

Hi All,
I have created account field in the RITM table and reference it to customer_account table.
In the CSM portal i created menu All Requests(query is account is dynamic my account and child accounts).
In the Portal everything is coming correctly but if contact is selecting All then all RITMs are visible to them.
How I can restrict so that contact can see only their account related RITMs.
Please help.

can you please share what configurations you have done?
Which Widgets are used?
How you configured default filter for All Requests?
