RITM task and approvals are missing but workflow shows it's completed

Hi I have several tasks in our Production where the state was already fulfilled long ago but still active, workflow is stuck on the re-open stage (waiting for task to be completed), but when I checked the ticket, the approvals and task under related links are missing.

Sometimes we need to take decision not to further investigate. As you said, these are long ago raised so better , run a script and mark these close , bcz investigation may take more time then the resolution.
