Thanks for quick response Swapnil... Actually, In Fuji - User criteria feature is on & thats why i am not able to see Roles field on maintain form. User Criteria - ServiceNow Wiki

Hi Hanamant,



Follow the below steps to make roles field visible on maintain item form:-



1. Navigate to Service catalog-> Maintain Items->Open any item-> Right Click on form header->Configure->Form Layout->Type Roles in Available list -> Move roles from Available to Selected->Save.


2. Now you can able to see Roles field on Maintain item form.

Welcome.


Yes if you have to keep restrictions on catalog item you needs to set user criteria. So setting user criteria you can give your item access to perticular user or Group or Roles.
