Roles required to create and update- Incident, Problem, Create_Request, Request

I want to know which roles are required to create and update table:

1. Incident

2. Problem

3. Change Request

4. Request

Hi,

Create is fairly simple to answer (below), update is a bit tricky..

Incident = -

Problem = itil

Change = itil

Request (sc_request) = catalog_admin

Like I said, it's not so simple.

I would recommend that you check the ACLs to understand who/when a record can be updated.

As you can see (below image) on incident, it has multiple ACLs to allow updating the record.
