I installed the RPA Design Studio. After I input the URL instance, I got an error. So I´m trying to change the instance URL, but even unistalling the application, I´m not able to enter a new instance URL.
Anyone know how to set up the RPA Design Studio in order to ask a new instance URL ??
tks

Hi Adriano,
When you start the application normally the 'Connection Manager' pops up first. You can also open it from within design studio.
From there you can edit or add ServiceNow Instance URLs and credentials.
Or did you mean that you are not getting the Connection Manager popup when you load the RPA Desktop Design Studio?
In case you think your settings are corrupt, make sure that all configuration files of the design studio are deleted after you uninstall the application.
It looks like the settings of RPA studio are stored in the following location, I would suggest deleting this folder after uninstall to make sure your next installation of RPA studio will be clean;
C:\Users\<your user>\AppData\Local\ServiceNowRPA
Furthermore if you have any issues with the RPA design studio you might find some information or clues in the log files generated at this location:
C:\Users\<Your User>\Documents\ServiceNow RPA
Hope this helps you get further.
Kind regards,

If you're having the same issue I had, and RPA is just crashing on launch, what I tried was uninstalling RPA and re-installing it in another location (I made a file on my desktop). Somehow this lets me select an instance again.
