[SAM]Mismatch Miscrosoft Dynamics 365 software subscription between Microsoft portal and Service-now

Hi everyone,

 

I have a case regarding SAM - Software subscription management.

User have subscription to MS Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Self-service. However, view between MS portal and Snow side are different:

- MS portal show user are subscribe to MS Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Self-service.

- But Snow side not recorded this subscription. I notice it recorded some subscription of MS Dynamics 365 for Customer Insights Trial.

 

The subscription information might not integrated to Snow. Please help to advise me on this case.

> Navigate to 'Direct integration profiles' from left navigator

> Find the record for MS Dynamics

> Check the subflow field or download_subscriptions

> Check if the subflow attached is OOB.

If you are using the OOB subflow for pulling subscription data then you need to create a support case with ServiceNow.
