Save button on view/report missing

User is able to create report. But when he opens existing report, there is only run button but no save button in new UI. In  classic ui "save" is disabled. User said it was working before. Appreciate any pointers to what to check to get "save" button back.

Did this issue start happening after the upgrade?

You're not giving us much information other than the issue. Which obviously is needed, but can you help us out a little? I see you marked "Orlando" in your topic version. Did you all just upgrade to that?

We need more information about what you all have done or changed that may have caused this. The issues don't just randomly pop up.

Is it happening to more users? Not just the one?

Please troubleshoot some on your end...

Upgrade happened more than 3 weeks back. The report trying to open/modify/save is under "My Reports" tab. Customer was able to save report last time 4/27 which is definitely after the upgrade. Customer can create reports now and also can do insert and insert and stay actions. Only save is missing.

 I thought itil user should be able to create their own reports and open and save anytime. Only she is able to create now not save existing one. It is problem  to other teammate and possible that others also affected. Not sure what can affect to not to see "save" button. I tried even adding report_user role

I see Save button on the first time creating new report (creating under my reports). As soon as I save, no more save button exists on the screen. So, user can't update anymore. But user have options in the  down arrow popup menu  for "insert" and "insert and stay"

Same issue found in Orlando Patch 3 instance post upgrade
