Is it possible to add the 'Search Knowledge' attribute to the Application Service record? Would this be considered a configuration or customization?
The goal would be adding the 'Search Knowledge' button next to the name field for the Application Service to create a quicker way to jump from Application Services to knowledge articles for the related App Service and vice-versa.
