Search Result Action For EVAM going to FORM vs my page as defined

I created the EVAM View Config "Service Offerings" with the View Template and then linked my Search Result Action 'showservicedetails'
In my AI Search Results Action Configuration 'Show Service Offering' i say goto my customer portal page of service
And then on my View Template Service Offering I call my action config of showservicedetails

Yet when I click on the AI Search Result I end up on the default FORM page vs service page ??

but expect https://dev-itsupport.umd.edu/itsupport?id=service&table=u_service_offering_portal_content&sys_id=c84090f6db4285107482cf09139619dd which is publicly accessible.

Hi Sean, 

it appears that the results are rendering properly (at least for me). Did you change anything since you posted it? Perhaps it was a browser cache issue?

I experienced this also; I had created a custom Search Application and Search sources; when I did this, I needed to set up a Result Action configuration for each source I created (Nav to Service Portal > AI Search > Search Results Action)
