Self-Service - My Approvals - Pending View

For some reason, the "Approval for" column in the My Approval - Pending view does not reference the RITM or CHG awaiting approval.   It used to be where this column would show the RITM hyperlinked so you could simply click on the link and it would take you directly to the ticket.   For some reason, it's not showing the request anymore

Resolved this issue:



The "Display" value for the Task table was changed to 'true' for column "Workflow Activity". It should be 'true' for the "Number" column,

Is it the exact same user on both instances?


If so, do they have the same roles on both instances?


Yes, admin in both roles.But it's happening for every user.
