Service Now Portal Create Incident Button

Hi,
I would like to create a button on the ServiceNow portal home page titled "Create New Incident".
It should take me to a new Incident record, with an autogenerated number, just like the incident table that already exists in Service Now.
Attached below is the reference image as to what the portal should direct me to when the button is pressed.
I have inserted an icon link on the portal page.
How should I proceed? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Usually customers use a record producer on the portal. Any reason why you can't use a record producer?

Would a record producer allow me to create a new Incident within the Incident Table?
If so, how should I proceed?
I dont see it as a widget/page within the portal

There is already an OOB Record producer to create and incident .
Please refer to the below screeshot. Once you submit it will create an incident.
