Service Portal renaming widget

When making a clone of a widget, the name is prefixed with "Copy of"...

How do I rename this?

It is not possible to open the widget - change the name - and save it, because of this (standard!) error:

It is not even possible to rename the widget in the list...

Which OOTB widget are you trying to copy and rename ? Let us know so we can try as well and help you.

you can even change the widget name from application ui.

I don't know what you mean by "from application ui" - but I found out that is was actually possible to make a clone, rename and save.

Don't know why I got an error when saving - but after a restart of my PC it was possible,

Hey Lars

It looks like you are still viewing the widget that is read only. Please make sure that you are viewing the cloned widget, this should be editable.
