Hi Team,

 

Our ServiceNow Discovery Cancelled With Reason: No progress was detected on status. Cancel status

Logs showing below error

Discovery decision Cancel
Reason: No progress was detected on status. Cancel status

 

We have verified the Mid Server logs but still didn't find any failed reason

Hi, We are also seeing the same behaviour in YOkohama release of ServiceNow. As part of comparing scans between Washington over to Yokohama, we are seeing the same behaviour of Discovery scan that without providing any appropriate reason, discovery status is changing to 'Canceled'.

 

Have also raised support case to get more clarity.

 

Will you be able to share the version of ServiceNow where you saw such error?
