Are you tired of sifting through thousands of records to find duplicates or anomalies? I recently faced this challenge and discovered that not all of us are familiar how easy is to order list by group count.
When grouping a list by CI, I needed to sort the results by count, not alphabetical order as when you click on the column name. Here's how you can do it:
Method 1: Click Your Way (SN Utils needed)
1. Group your list by CI
2. Click on the column name to sort alphabetically
3. Click the icons (asc/desc) to sort by group count
Method 2: Tweak the URL
1. Append the following parameter to your URL (Image 2)
For Ascendant (a-z) sorting by group count
&sysparm_group_sort=COUNTASC
For Descendant (z-a) sorting by group count
&sysparm_group_sort=COUNTDESC
2. Hit the enter
These simple tricks can save you hours of manual searching. Share your own tips and tricks in the comments below!
Once again, I would like to thank @Arnoud Kooi for his SN Utils!

Hi,
I don't understand what SN Utils are you using. There is an OOTB solution available to sort the list by count. Click the count as highlighted in the below image to sort
