ServiceNow Fundamentals Progress stuck at 98%

The overall status of ServiceNow Fundamentals On-Demand Course is 98% though all the modules under it are completed and marked 100%

This is strange and there's no way to know where to cover 2%

I've used now support and initiated cases but no luck, it has been 10 days.

Thanks all, for the responses.

My issue got fixed.

After creating case, support team got in touch and marked course as complete from the backend and also unlocked badges. It took approx. 5 days for all these.

Same problem with me.i had created case in portal.i has been 3 days but no response from team

same issue I raised case from past 15 days but no response from team.

same issue I raised case from past 10 days but no response from team. Could you tell me how it resolved for you?

It got fixed automatically within 20 days. I created multiple case but no response but a day  I receive all completion mail with 100%.
