ServiceNow Instance getting error "Internal Server Error (500) An error has occurred"

I am getting below error message while impersonating one user i:e BCM Admin user remaining users are working fine! How to troubleshoot this issue!

Perviosuly, we have not seen this ERROR message from yesterday after 7PM IST onwards this error is appearing kindly please help on this!

Solution: I have removed  the user and again imported back user record with xml from dev to test now error message not showing

Note: If any user the issue is appearing while impersonating in service now, then please try to remove the user record and imported back from dev to test etc.. Thank you

Hi @AnilkumarP 

 

Are you trying in PDI? Is this user is active ? and all required role are there. Try cache.do else log a Now support case.

I am getting this error message only in test instance and bcm admin persona not any other users are getting this message and user is active only!

Tough to say what can be the reason, might be try to bring the user again from Prod to test and try and disable this user.
