ServiceNow Instance getting error "Internal Server Error (500) An error has occurred"

I am getting below error message while impersonating one user i:e BCM Admin user remaining users are working fine! How to troubleshoot this issue!

Perviosuly, we have not seen this ERROR message from yesterday after 7PM IST onwards this error is appearing kindly please help on this!

Solution: I have removed  the user and again imported back user record with xml from dev to test now error message not showing

Note: If any user the issue is appearing while impersonating in service now, then please try to remove the user record and imported back from dev to test etc.. Thank you

Hi @AnilkumarP ,

 

It is happening due to Semaphore Impacted in the instance.  The users who are on logged in on that particular node will face this issue/the error message will appear for them.

This needs to be raised with HI Team, they will assist you with the root cause of node overloading.
