ServiceNow on-premise - demo for local installation

I want to learn ServiceNow on-premise local installation steps for our customers. I will gain experience for important points. (server/db network configuration)

I need ServiceNow iso image/trial/guide for this case. Can your suggest me please?

This is something only your account manager can help you with.   Based on my on-prem experience, SN had adequate documentation and available resources to answer all our questions at different times.   However, since that time, ServiceNow has justifiably been far more selective on what business it will pursue in an on-premise way.   That means everything comes down to an individual negotiation.

We are being asked to upgrade the database sql from 5.5 to 5.6 for On-premise instance, along with this there will be Java and tomcat server upgrade as well

There will also be an application upgrade to Kingston

I wanted to know what all support will Servicenow provide in this or will that lie completely with the MSP's?

Since you are On Prem/Self Hosted, the DB upgrade will be your organization's responsibility. The first On Prem I worked upgraded without incident.  Coordinate through your System Administrators and DB Administrators (who will make back ups and recent images).
