ServiceNow Orchestration vs IntergrationHub

Hi,

We are currently reviewing our Orcherstration licence and also looking into Orchestration training.  As per the webpage it states the following:

“Please note that Orchestration Fundamentals will sunset at the Quebec release (March 30th). IntegrationHub over the past few releases has incorporated functionality that replaces Orchestration capabilities within the ServiceNow Platform

If you would like to learn more please visit the on-demand training IntegrationHub Fundamentals.”

Can anyone advise on what the future with ServiceNow orchestration means with ServiceNow from Quebec release?

You need to move off orchestration. Have a look at this useful blog :

Is your work flowing? What makes Flow Designer and IntegrationHub better and why you should migrate now.

As of the Madrid release, ServiceNow is no longer selling Orchestration. Orchestration will continue to be available only as an entitlement of IntegrationHub.

I would start moving new code to IntegrationHub immediately

Hello  Jerry,

Please find bellow answer and mark it helpful if it will help you.

Orchestration extends the workflow engine to manage processes and to automate things outside of servicenow  instance.

Integration hub automate integration task using servicenow built components for flow designer or to develope custom integrations
