ServiceNOw Store - Missing Entitlements

Hello everyone, 

 

Anyone else missing the entitlements at the ServiceNow Store?

Now is showing this message:

"Manage Entitlements

 

For customer who has valid subscription for a Store app, entitlement is now enabled to all the instances registered under the same customer account.  Once the necessary procurement process completed, all the customer instances will be entitled that the app(s) can be installed on any instance the customer chooses to install on. Please refer to the email notification for the instructions for how to complete the procurement.  To manage notification, please click here for details."

 

The issue with this is that one plugin we were testing in our lower instances was automatically installed through San Diego Patch 9 last weekend and I'm afraid it has anything to do with this.

Already contacted support and our account team, waiting response on both. 

Just wondering if anyone else noticed this.
