Hello Everyone. I am very new to ServiceNow and currently our Knowledge Article has the following fields: Short Description, Description and Escalation Process. Each field is showing up when the article is viewed but there is no way to differentiate between Description and Escalation process for example. Is there a way to show the field name? for example it would look like this:
Description:
Text here...............
Escalation Process
Text Here.........
instead of
Text Here
Text here
Do you know if this is even possible? Any advise is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
