Solarwinds Integration - Incident Detail missing fields

Installed Solarwinds Alert Integration in SNOW.

In the above url, #5 looks different for us. I don't see any incident fields under this section.

Does anyone know how to bring the Incident fields here?

When you go to Configure Action: Create Servicenow Incident, what happens when you click Select Properties:

I was able to see the fields under Incident Details/Select Properties after giving the admin role to the solarwinds user account. But all the fields were visible under the Incident Details section/Select Properties.

Looks like the permission issue. I do not want to give admin role to the user account, ITIL is okay. But the fields/properties not visible with an ITIL.

Any thoughts on this?

ACL problem? Have you modified from Out of Box?

Try checking Web service access only. Our user doesn't have admin nor itil.

I checked Web Service Access only.

No Admin / ITIL.

Only has x_sow_intapp.integration_user,

Open a case with Solarwinds. This sure seems like an ACL issue.
