Some users cant see attachemnts on approval tasks, flowdesigner issue

Greetings,

When a user submits an approval task in our portal, those responsible for approving it cannot access the attachments associated with the case. This issue does not appear to be in the ServiceNow backend but rather within our portal's "My Page," where these cases are displayed. I suspect the problem may lie within the design flow.
