Hey @KelvinY2025,

it is a little hard to find a solution with the provided information.

Could be a scope issue even though I personally think that's not it - could you please double check that the scope your "Resolve SS" Action Assignment is in is allowed to write in the global scope? 

Also the technical field name of "Close Notes" is "close_notes" - the "s" is missing and the technical value out of the box value of your close code is "Duplicate", with an uppercase "D".
