Thought I'd ask the question here before going out to SN support.
Since our recent upgrade to Vancouver in test instance, we've hit an issue whereby the SOW Impact section, Service field now no longer returns any results. This is really only a problem as we have made the Service field mandatory for our techs to fill in so that we get a good gauge on the types of incidents we are getting.
The Service Offering dropdown works as expected:
This is what it should look like, and it did work prior to this latest upgrade.
Any thoughts and assistance would be greatly appreciated as we have our Production instance upgrade due in a 4 weeks so we want to sort all of this out before then!

Try to repair the plugin if possible before you raise SN case.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Thanks Atul.
Not entirely sure what you mean however. This isnt to do with a plugin. This is purely about SOW functionality not working post upgrade. Sorry I'm a bit confused by the reply.
