Standard Ticket Configuration Variable Editor

Hello Everyone,

in the standard ticket configuration, tab configurations, the type is Variable Editor - read only, does somebody know how to change this to write so we can edit the variables after submission in the portal?

Hi @Damian Martinez ,

 Firstly, you can try with changing the application scope to "Service Portal - Standard Ticket application" and then try editing/updating the record.

If it's not allowing you, then you will have to create another record in Ticket configurations with your required details

  1. Navigate to All > Standard Ticket > Standard Ticket Configuration.
  2. Click New.

and mark the current one (Screenshot) as Active "false".

Set it to custom and in thw widget box add the sp-variable-editor widget

I am trying your solution, but I cannot get how to set the Widget Parameters. Which are those?

You don't need any parameters.
