SubCategories are not visible in the service catalog home page

Hi all,
Please I have created categories and subcategories, and I added the categories to catalog homepage.
The categories are visible on the catalog homepage , but I cannot find any subcategories.
The subcategories does not contain any item.
Can someone advice on this please ?

Make sure you have Catalog Items and they are active. If the categories are empty they do not show up.

I don't think categories and sub categories show up if they don't have any catalog items connected to them.
Please add some catalog items for testing purpose and you could be sure of this.
