Survey Follow-up Response

I would like to ask a quick question ..slightly baffled.

We are looking for a “Survey Response Follow-Up” process; where surveys are reviewed, users are contacted (especially bad surveys) and tasks is then closed.

 

I have done some research and I am struggling to find something out of the box and from my research it looks like we have to custom build this. I find this hard to digest as surely many organisations will be doing this process and ServiceNow would have something built in.

 

Would someone be able to clarify if there is something out of the box please?

Any updates on this? I'm also not able to find anything OOTB for using it as a Task for follow-up.
