Survey take only once.

Hi All,

I want to restrict the survey to only once, that when state is closed in incident.

Through email sending the survey link, as user clicks it will take to survey and they will complete.

If they click second time same link it should be survey has been completed.

I tried by giving the shedule periods to only once, but its working for some users, but for some other users for time only its saying "survey has been completed".

I did cache.do and browser history is cleaned, but still not happening.

Please let me know if their is any solutions to take survey only once through email link.

As far as when the survey would trigger...you need to set that in the "Trigger Conditions" tab:

Which then you set how you want it to be sent and to who:

Hi,

And the schedule period of: only once, as you've noted will only send it the one time. It should not be going out multiple times to the same user. Please verify that if you're saying it's still going out multiple times...that this was AFTER you changed the setting to only once AND that the user is literally the same...not a duplicate or like user.

Hi allen,

The user clicks on survey link through email, after clicking he will move to survey form first time and he will submit the survey.

Again if user clicks on the same email link second time, the survey should display already comleted the survey.
