I want to restrict the survey to only once, that when state is closed in incident.
Through email sending the survey link, as user clicks it will take to survey and they will complete.
If they click second time same link it should be survey has been completed.
I tried by giving the shedule periods to only once, but its working for some users, but for some other users for time only its saying "survey has been completed".
I did cache.do and browser history is cleaned, but still not happening.
Please let me know if their is any solutions to take survey only once through email link.

If the user got the survey, completely filled it out and submitted it...and the link was originally issued to them from the trigger that you set up...they shouldn't be able to retake the survey. So either:
1)In your tests you aren't fully submitting the survey or...
2) You have the "Allow retakes" checkbox checked on your survey form:
Please add that field to your survey form, if not already there, and ensure it's not checked.
