Sync filed value between parent to child case

I want to sync state,priority,short description,comments and work notes to child case from parent if there is any change.

Hi @MK-p ,

 

No need of writing script for this, you just need to enable two property.

sn_customerservice.parent_child_ case_sync =true

sn_customerservice.case_fields_to_sync = Add your fileds here with comma separated

Hi @MK-p ,

 

You can write BR [update] on parent table and read all child record and update the reqired field.

There is OOTB BR, please check
