The approval page in Knowledge gets stuck during loading, specifically at the point where it shows “Summary of Item being approved.”
The page is stuck loading every time for the kb article approval page only, which is preventing the summary of the item.
Once reloaded we can see the “Summary of Item being approved" as well.
