when i use template List page to make a page  in uibuilder

Can someone tell me how to solve this bug? I have looked at the parameters and the template should have been used correctly. I don't know why clicking on the list cannot change the browser URL. Is it necessary to add any Properties to the UX Application?

I'd say that most likely you are missing a dedicated record page for Incident table in UI Builder. Once you create this it should display them correctly. In some cases I also created a Default record page with no table specified if I just needed some records to get displayed and didn't need full control of the form etc.
