Hi,

Could someone help me with the following?

- Our customer wants to organize a worked time tracking in ServiceNow and wants to use Time Card plugin.

The plugin access is restricted with timecard_user role.

Is a timecard_user role turns end-users to fulfillers (and demands any additional payments)?

First, the official stuff. The best source for licensing is your assigned account executive. They know your contract, what you are entitled to, and what cost extra. I've found them to be very helpful and knowledgeable. If you search the community for licensing cost, you will quickly find that the model has changed over time. Some of those responding may be on a newer contract and/or grand fathered under an older contract.

More directly, I asked the same question to my account rep. The short answer is there is a cost with assigning the time_card user role to a user. Depending on what other work they are doing, they might be considered a "fulfiller" and require a fulfiller license if not already covered. If all they are doing are entering time in a time card, then they might qualify for reduced cost time card only license if your contract allows. At least this is what my contract allows for. In any event, no one on this board can really answer this question completely. Only your account rep can.
