To Allow End users to view all the Incidents without ITIL role.

Hi All,
Is there a way to allow end users who belongs to specific group must be able to view all the incidents with the Self service application. As of now, only users with ITIL role can view all the incidents. Has anyone came across this kind of requirement. I want to know, whether this is possible or not?

Yes. It is possible:
1. Deactivate the before query business rule on incident table
incident query: Link To Business Rule
2. Give the global serach box option
or
3. Make the access to change the filter of incidents module under saelf-service applocation

Wow, its super easy . But I have been going crazy with editing ACLs to do this.
But will inactivating business rule affect much with other usual process??
