Twilio message integration with servicenow

Hello Team,

I have created a temp Twilio account and connect it with service-now all the configuration looks good but SMS are not going out to the mobile number, I have tried creating workflow/business rule to trigger the SMS but no luck, there any thing missing to trigger the SMS?

I have set the environment for sending SMS as per the document provided by the twilio, but still facing same issue, will the sms send to Indian numbers right or is it restricted to any specific timezone?

Do you mean sending SMS some countries work, but not to India? If so, unfortunatley international rules for SMS are not consistent - some countries require local registration process or specific format of Sender ID (Short Code / Long Code / Alphanumeric) - and there may also be limits based on the carrier. Thus your Twilio account may have some limitations that you may now be facing.
