Hi,
In the a requested item with variables in the Service Portal, is this possible:
Have a text field where you can type a URL
Then a "link" below where you can "test link here" and when you click, it will goto the link (http://www.amazon.com)?
Best regards,

What about creating a Service Portal Widget using HTML?
NOTE: The URL redirect in my example will fail......but there are numerous posts on how to resolve.
