Problem Description:
Being part of the Cloud Dimensions CMDB implementation team, using CI Class Manager, you are tasked to update the Windows Server class with a reconciliation rule that achieves the following:
- Windows Server record in CMDB with discovery source LANDesk can be updated by discovery source LANDesk
- Windows Server record in CMDB with discovery source LANDesk can be updated by discovery source ServiceNow
- Windows Server record in CMDB with discovery source ServiceNow cannot be updated by discovery source LANDesk
This is what I have:
The filter condition for LANDesk is discovery_source=LANDesk^discovery_source!=ServiceNow
What am I doing wrong?

I also have problems with this task. But in your case I think it might be because the priority of the Servicenow Reconciliation Definition (R.D.) has lower priority (200) than the LANDesk R.D. (100).
It should be the other way around.
The filter condition is the same as mine, but it doesn't work. I also tried leaving the LANDesk condition of the LANDesk R.D. out, because I thought it might be unnecessary as the ServiceNow source has higher priority.
Tricky task.
