Unable to customize single score card report list view columns in Agent Workspace

Hi,

we are trying to customize single score card report list view columns in advanced workspace, but couldn't find a way to achieve. Table level workspace list view columns are not effecting on report.

please can anyone suggest us.

Hi Adam Geil,

Active false UI policy 'Make report config fields read only' on 'sys_report' table or remove 'field_list' field from UI Policy Actions .

navigate to 'sys_report_list.do', select single score report which you like to change the list of field. Bring 'Select fields for list' field to form layout. Now you can customize the list view fields with slushbucket.

What version are you on? I'm having this issue on Paris with Agent Workspace and https://hi.service-now.com/kb_view.do?sysparm_article=KB0792502 

did not fix it. 

I believe I found a solution to this issue courtesy of @Willem 's response in this post.

I'm on Paris and this solution worked for me.
