Hi Team,
I am working on a ip restricted SN instance and have done teams to SN integration using VA. Teams has a ServiceNow app within it and there is a static tab pointing to company portal. This tab works fine within VPN but keeps loading when accessed from outside VPN.
Though the instance is ip restricted, the portal we are trying to load is accessible via OKTA authentication to public.
