Unable to remove individual items from cart

Hello,

I am unable to remove individual items from cart. I have gone through 'large_shopping_cart_v2.html' and compared code online for function c.removeItem and did not seem to have any discrepancy.
What else could be the reason for this, please suggest.

This is from portal. When we add items to cart, then want to remove items individually but is unable to do so.

some debugging tips:

• is it for all items (try different types/categories/... rec producers versus cat items)?
• is it for all people?

Try to spot some differences in this.

Also, is it in all of your environments? If just one, you can check the last updates/development made under sys_update_xml table
