Unable to select cmdb_ci table as flow trigger

Hi All,

I've ran into a problem with my Instance which i can't seem to replicated in my PDI.

I'm trying to trigger a flow to run when a CI Install Status is set to Retired.

However, when I try and select the trigger table as [cmdb_ci] Flow designer cannot find the table.  This works fine in my PDI just not in my sub prod instance.

Sub Prod Instance.

If anyone is able to shed some light on this issue, I would be extremely grateful.

Thanks,
Michael

For those looking for a solution to this problem.  It was resolved by HI Support by doing the following.

Navigate to Dictionary Entries and search for table = cmdb_ci and type = collection.

https://instance.service-now.com/sys_dictionary_list.do?sysparm_nostack=true&sysparm_query=name%3Dcm...

Ensure the entry is marked active.

Once this is done the table should be visible in Flow Designer.

HI @Michael Leone ,

basically there isn't any reason why that table should be excluded und I'm also able to select it in my customer instances.

Maybe it helps to add that table to the system property sn_flow_designer.allowed_system_tables

Maik

Thanks for Replying Maik.  Unfortunately this did not work for me.  I've raised a HI ticket so will report back here when I have an update from them.

Thanks!

Hi @Michael Leone
did you get an answer for this from HI?
