Survey is only available to admins and survey's onwer

Hello, community.

I've been facing this issue since a few days ago: I have a survey that only users in the "survey_owners" field, besides admin users,  can reach on Employee Center. The survey is public, without any user in the Related List " Survey Users". So, when a share the Survey URL with any user, this message is shown on ESC: "You are not authorized or the record is not valid.".
I already checked ACL, BR's...

I really appreciate any help you can provide.

Can every role see the My Surveys & Surveys & Assessments widget?  If someone changed the roles on that widget is could be being restricted there.
