Unable to take the assessment in the AI Control Tower

In the ServiceNow AI Control Tower, I'm facing an issue where I can't take the assessment for my asset. Has anyone else encountered this problem or know how to resolve it?

What happens when you click on the button take assessment?

Yes, that's what i was referring to, if the assessment is not selected or not published ut won't show up.

For custom template, i doubt as it's fairly a new product.
