update incident form with help of scripted rest api using postman tool

Hi Team 

I have to update incident form fields ( like short description , comments , etc ) with help of scripted rest api using postman tool. Basically update it using 3rd party tool.

Can anyone guide me how can I accomplish this task . I am new to scripted rest api .
