Update set retrieve is unavailable because another operation 'Retrieving update sets from ABC ' is running

HI I am getting below error when i go to update sources from last 7 days.

"Update set retrieve is unavailable because another operation 'Retrieving update sets from Dev' is running"

Can anyone kill the session or tell me how to restart my instance?

Thanks , this solution helped even when the "Retrieve Completed update set" button is not visible. A scenario that may come across after cloning non prod instance with Prod.

Solved for me too.  This popped up after a plugin uninstall stalled at 99% followed by an attempt to kill the progress worker.
