Update view of the reference field pop up in SOW

We have a user field on SOW ..on clicking "i" of the refrence field shows a pop up view in SOW.We want to update the view by adding field but cannot find that view.Tried following the sys_popup view process but it is refelecting in native UI but not in SOW

Hi @Ravali999 ,

 

I tried your problem in my PDI and it is working fine for me please check below steps.

 

 Please navigate to - <yourInstance>.service-now.com/table_name.do?sys_id=<yourSydId>&syspar,_view=sys_popup.

Right click on form header and add click on "Configure"

 and then "Form Design". Try to add some feilds and save it
