URL target field on Menu Items for Service Portal Header Menu not working

I am adding _blank in the URL target field and it is not opening the page in a new tab

I click it and it opens in the same tab

_blank should work. Have you checked with your Browser popup blocker. Maybe your browser is blocking the popup.

So I tried with Firefox, IE and Chrome and they all didn't work. I tried it in my PDI and it does work. Now I am trying to figure out why mine isn't working. I am think someone edited the OOB widget or something and now the URL target won't work

Did you check with the browser popup blocker. Please check it.

Hey what about the other URL like discussion and inspiration in your header menu. Are they working fine? getting open in new tab.
