URL target field on Menu Items for Service Portal Header Menu not working

I am adding _blank in the URL target field and it is not opening the page in a new tab

I click it and it opens in the same tab

Hey Mitchell,

_blank should work. Have you checked with your Browser popup blocker. Maybe your browser is blocking the popup.

Yes, you are correct. The OOB had been edited and the URL Target field didn't work. I am working in a new instance. So not frustrating at all 🙂
